4. With Whom Do We Share Personal Data?

We do not sell Personal Data collected through the Website. We also do not share Personal Data collected through the Website for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If you follow links from our Website to third-party sites (for example LinkedIn), those third parties process Personal Data under their own privacy notices. If you contact us directly regarding a job opportunity (for example by email), we will process the information you provide (such as your CV and employment history) for recruitment purposes and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- Service Providers, including data storage providers, data security services, fraud detection and prevention services, and insurers. We only provide such service providers with Personal Data so they can perform required functions on our behalf.
- HubSpot (forms processing and, if you consent to Marketing cookies, tracking for lead attribution and marketing operations).
- Google (Google Analytics, if you consent to Statistics cookies).
- Resend (email delivery for form notifications, where enabled).
- Governmental, Administrative or Judiciary Authorities, exclusively in response to a subpoena, search warrant, court order, or similar legal requirement, or in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
